OUR TARIFFS and PAYMENT INFORMATION

The prices below apply to all new bookings made for dates after 1st Sept 2007

Prices (per person, per night, including continental breakfast): -

Bedroom one - £30 pppn (£40 single occupancy) en-suite

Bedroom two - £25 pppn (£35 single occupancy) shared bathroom

Bedroom Three - £25 pppn (occupancy - £70 single/double, £85 Triple) shared bathroom

Private use of cottage i.e. rent all rooms (Sleeps up to 8 people) - £175 per night

FREE - Wireless broadband available

FREE - Sky TV (including sports & movies)

PAYMENT TERMS:
 Credit Card information is required in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be not charged until your arrival or departure or if the cancellation deadline has passed.

 Cancellation charges apply, see below (unless we have to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, in which case we will refund all monies received).


CASH PAYMENTS:
Cash payment is always welcome! However we require valid credit card details to secure your reservation.


CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
This facility is available via our own PC using PayPal®, the global secure payment system available in over 55 countries worldwide. You do not need to have a PayPal® account. This is quick, simple and a secure way to pay using any major credit card. A 3.0% handling charge will be applied for using this facility.

We can only accept credit card payments IN ADVANCE by email using PayPal

CHEQUE PAYMENTS :
This facility is only available in advance. Cheques for the full amount of your booking must reach us at least 21 days in advance of your 1st nights stay.


CANCELLATION CHARGES :
 Cancellations will be charged as follows: within 14 days of arrival: 25% of reservation value (or first night cost, whichever is the higher); within 48 hours of arrival: 50% of reservation value (or first night cost, whichever is the higher); within 24 hours of arrival: 100% of reservation value.
