• Located 4 miles from Bridgwater Bus and Train station.

• Large well lit, large parking area. The parking area is a little uneven in places. Please take care.

• One step to front door.

• Large open doorway to each room.

• All bedrooms are up stairs to the first floor, hand rail to the left of the stairs.

• Bedroom one is a large double room with en-suite shower, toilet and sink. There is no shower seat currently available.

• Each bedroom has bedside tables with bedside lamps.

• TVs are fixed to walls in lounge and bedrooms.

• Remote controls for every TV and DVD and video players.

• Each TV has Teletext.

• Access to cottage garden, over driveway and grassed area.

• Downstairs cloakroom (narrow).

• No steps to dining room, kitchen or lounge.

• Cordless kettles in each bedroom.

• Wireless internet access in all rooms.

• No smoking or pets – Assistance dogs welcome.

• Dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.

• Every room has a smoke detector fitted.

• The emergency exits are to the front of the cottage from the dining room and to the rear of the cottage by the kitchen, or through the kitchen out of the garage.

• Three of the upstairs windows (two on the landing, one in bedroom one) are on floor level, they each have keys to lock them for children’s safety.
