Terms and ConditionsCHECK IN - 4.30pm on day of arrival - no later than 9pmCHECK OUT - 10.30am on day of departure FREE - Wireless broadband available FREE - Sky TV (including sports & movies) ALL electricity and oil heating, towels and bedding included. We accept a MAXIMUM of 6 adult guests. No other adult guests are able to STAY or VISIT whilst you are renting our cottage unless previously agreed by us. A maximum of 3 cars per weekly booking. PAYMENT TERMS: Credit Card information is required in order to guarantee your reservation. A 10% non refundable deposit is required on booking - to be paid by credit/debit card. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit/debit cards. The remainder due to be paid before 4 weeks of the first day of the holiday date (this can be paid by card (3% fee applies), cheque or bank transfer). CANCELLATION CHARGES : Cancellation charges apply (unless we have to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, in which case we will refund all monies received). Cancellations will be charged as follows: Greater than 4 weeks of arrival: 10% deposit paid. Within 4 week of arrival: 50% of holiday value Within 2 week of arrival: 100% of holiday value. |
